Programme Manager

We're seeking a Programme Manager to support teams in startup mode with discovery work across feedback and recontact propositions.

Requirements

• Delivery background is essential. You thrive in discovery stages with multi-disciplinary team and understand the business impact beyond the software development lifecycle
• Conversations and workshops are your playground. You focus on deliverables that solve real user and business problems
• You build relationships easily and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering and external vendors
• You’re comfortable leading diverse technology and digital projects, ensuring smooth execution across competing priorities
• You’re an enabler, adept at standardizing ways of working and driving best practice
• You are a strong communicator who can build and maintain momentum in project teams. You will have solid organisational skills with the ability to lead delivery of multiple initiatives while managing multiple dependencies

Responsibilities

• Help our teams who are currently in startup mode with discovery work across our feedback and recontact propositions
• Roll up your sleeves and guide our team through Lean and Agile practices
• Establish efficient ways of working, unblock obstacles, and liaise with other Delivery Managers to untangle interdependencies
• Keep everyone in the loop by providing regular updates on project milestones and delivery
• Help us stay on track by updating and aligning our Objectives and Key Results
• Be the facilitator who empowers our busy team, freeing them from administrative burdens
