Join InCharge Energy as a Project Administrator in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Department! This role involves administering the Procore Project Management and Financials program, developing reports, assisting with budget organization, and serving as the Purchase Order Administrator. Requirements
- 7-10 plus yearsβ relevant experience in construction project administration
- Experience with maintaining project budgets (i.e., commitments, disbursements, remaining to spend, etc.)
- Ability to serve as a Notary or willing to serve as a Notary within 90 days of hire
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Responsibilities
- Administer the Procore Project Management and Financials program for the Department
- Develop, maintain and provide updated Procore and Salesforce Reporting to Directors
- Assist in the Organization of the EPC Operations annual budget
- Serve as the Purchase Order Administrator for the department in accordance with the Delegation of Authority SOP. (i.e., issue all Purchase Orders upon receipt and validation of contract requirements)
- Manage all Sub-Contractor Bills for approvals for Accounting (i.e., verify amounts vis a vis PO and other PO requirements and obtain PM approval for Accounting)
- Ensure all Qualifying Individuals and Professional Engineering licensing is maintained and up to date (Renewals, CEUs, changes of ownership, etc.), including management of all associated budget files
- Ensure all project-level permitting file packages are completed by the Project Management Team before closeout, including inspection reports
- Managing the Permitting applications for Project Managers
- Maintain and ensure all licensing, performance and payment bonds are up to date and closed out as needed
- Ensure all Project Closeout Archiving requirements are met by the Project Management team per Approved SOPs
- Perform routine audits of Project Manager Files to ensure conformance with EPC Installation SOP requirements
- Maintain and update as needed a department wide budget management system (tracking POs and invoices against approved annual budgets)
- Assist with Engineering Deliverables for Consulting Services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Procore Project Management and Financials Administrator
- Previous experience with Salesforce and MS Dynamics Business Central
