Summary
Join QuantumWork Advisory (QWA) as a Project Coordinator and contribute to the success of our advisory projects. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination support, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. This role involves managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating various project activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position is open to North American locations excluding California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred, but not required
- Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
- Capable of switching gears quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Smartsheets (resource management and reporting), Mural and/or similar collaboration tools
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Assist in the creation of client presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel, collating data with use of PivotTables and Vlookup
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers
- Flexible and able to assist with various project management requests, as requested

- Complete project support activities for Advisory practice

- Provide support to enable the effectiveness of the through the provision of a broad range of project coordination activities
- Efficiently perform general office duties including utilization of collaboration tools: Smartsheet, TEAMS, Mural, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook in a remote environment
- Maintain and coordinate Outlook calendars for multiple client projects and throughout project phases
- Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports, as requested
- Coordinate domestic and foreign travel arrangements for various levels of operations, including appropriate approvals and expense report processing per project engagements
- Assist to prepare invoices for client milestones, to include code and process business expenses, etc
- Coordinate conference calls, events, conferences for client meetings
- Effectively communicate and work with all levels of management maintaining a high level of client confidentiality
- Prepare all documentation required for meetings and take minutes when required
- Prepare reports and presentations when required
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Compile statistical information as requested
