Project Coordinator

Summary

Join Grip's growing team as a Project Coordinator, taking ownership of project delivery for a key client. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into defined project scopes and ensuring flawless execution. This hands-on role requires experience managing complex CG projects, ideally within the artwork/packaging sector. You'll represent a CG SaaS company, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Grip embraces remote work and fosters a collaborative, diverse environment.

Requirements

Manage multiple, complex CG projects and understand production (preferably artwork/packaging too)

Responsibilities

• Run your own projects from kick-off to delivery and ensure that your project performance exceeds expectations
• Be hands-on and continuously improve the PM practice
• Build and enhance the relationship with your client

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in organizing and structuring projects as well as delivery, preferably within the digital industry and/or 3D production (artwork/packaging is bonus!)
• Good social skills and great communicator in English (written and verbal)
• Resilient, flexible and stress-resistant
• Passionate about emerging technologies and design with eye for detail
