Requirements

• 4+ years of project or program management experience in operations, customer service, or learning & development
• Proven experience in content and knowledge management projects, from concept to launch
• Strong communication skills with experience using content management systems (CMS) and user editing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with evolving responsibilities
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt as needed

Responsibilities

• Triage new work intake to ensure alignment with knowledge management goals and activities
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for content projects across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives
• Provide regular updates on project status and escalate issues when needed
