Summary

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 yearsโ in a customer service environment and/or office environment

Responsibilities
- Review the screener, test programming logic, and translations of the screener considering national guidelines and based on experience, recommend changes to the screener to adapt to local market specifics
- Initiate project chats with project manager, global and PC and Phoneroom supervisor
- Utilise the project chat to keep the project team informed on the status of the screener review and survey testing
- Test initial survey programming
- Send programming request and any revision requests needed
- Understand the capability and limitation of internal system and be able to suggest changes to the screener and survey
- Research background on unique therapeutic areas as needed to be able to sample the panel effectively
- Understand the specification of the screener and the recruitment specifics, including checking the set up is done correctly according to the methodology and specification
- Support Supervisors on vendor management to ensure external vendor engagement and smooth way of working when needed
- Support Supervisors with panel management as needed
- Work with Social media team to support recruitment using desk research to explore communities and support groups for recruiters to expand recruitment reach when needed
- Other supervisor administrative support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorsโ degree or equivalent experience
