Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in Professional Services or Customer Success
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Suite)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple internal PS and CS projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders, offering solutions to keep projects on track
  • Assist in documenting and refining internal workflows for both PS and CS operations as needed
  • Provide support for process improvement initiatives led by other team members, including gathering information and coordinating updates
  • Help maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure they reflect current processes
  • Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication between PS, CS, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Partner with CS and PS teams to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success tools (e.g., Certinia, Gainsight)
