Project Coordinator

Summary

Join User Interviews, a company dedicated to helping businesses prioritize user research, as a Project Coordinator I. You will play a crucial role in managing client projects and recruitment needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support. This full-time position requires you to be located in the United Kingdom and involves managing the full lifecycle of research projects, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to team brainstorming sessions. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (i.e.,account management, project management, customer support, etc.)
• Down-to-earth self-starter
• Excited by the idea of joining an early-stage and lean startup
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Located in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• QA and launch recruitment for our researchers' submitted projects
• Manage the ongoing recruitment and full lifecycle of our researchers' projects
• Handle proactive outreach to researchers regarding their projects
• Cover other team members when they are out of office
• Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features
• Handle incoming customer communications, providing excellent and timely support & troubleshooting when necessary
• Bring ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals
• Coverage on holidays, optional and not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Startup experience
• Zendesk experience
• Experience handling a larger volume of projects
• Experience at a User Research Agency
