Project Coordinator I

Summary

Join User Interviews as a Project Coordinator I and play a pivotal role in managing clients' projects and recruitment needs. You will ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support. This full-time position, based in India, operates Monday-Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm IST. Responsibilities include QA and launching recruitment for researchers' projects, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, handling proactive outreach to researchers, providing customer support, and brainstorming team goals. Minimum qualifications include 1+ years of client-facing experience and fluency in English. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (i.e.,account management, project management, customer support, etc.)
• Down-to-earth self-starter
• Excited by the idea of joining an early-stage and lean startup
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Candidates must be located in India
• Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• For interviews, must be available 9-5 pm EST (6:30 pm - 2:30 am IST)
• For onboarding, must be available 9-5 pm EST (6:30 pm - 2:30 am IST)

Responsibilities

• QA & launch recruitment for our researchers' submitted projects
• Manage the ongoing recruitment and full lifecycle of our researchers' projects
• Handle proactive outreach to researchers regarding their projects
• Cover other team members when they are out of office
• Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features
• Handle incoming customer communications, providing excellent & timely support and troubleshooting when necessary
• Bring ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals
• Coverage on holidays, optional and not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Startup experience
• Zendesk experience
• Experience handling a larger volume of projects
• Experience at a User Research Agency
