Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience (at least 4 years) as a Project Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a tech-related, cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, from ideation to deployment and handover to business as usual
  • Strong understanding of program/project management principles with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope and proactively addressing changes, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively prepare and present status reports, executive briefings, and other governance artifacts
  • Leadership in driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, removing bottlenecks, and improving team efficiency
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make confident, timely decisions in complex situations
  • Experience with process evaluation and improvement, adopting best practices and tools to enhance team effectiveness
  • Collaborative mindset, a results-driven approach, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity due to the cross-functional nature of the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to build detailed plans, understand dependencies, and resolve resource requirements for flawless execution
  • Align goals across diverse tech teams and cross-business unit resources for smooth execution
  • Identify improvement and training opportunities and recommend courses of action
  • Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to resolve issues while continuously evaluating and refining processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead project execution and proactively manage changes, ensuring timely decisions, effective communication, and team alignment
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Collaborate across departments, including service, marketing, business, and product teams, to handle dependencies, define schedules, and drive alignment
  • Support the measurement of project outcomes by establishing baseline metrics and tracking performance improvements post-execution
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, create a network to facilitate execution, and understand their objectives and goals, translating these into actionable project capabilities
  • Collaborate daily with teams across departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports, executive briefings, and other governance artifacts (project and steering committee meetings) while managing all communications
  • Leading teams through growth phases, organizational change, and improving or introducing new processes
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve how we deliver customer value
  • Focus on future maintainability and process improvement, prioritizing efficiency in execution and sustainability of implemented solutions
  • Use clear and effective communication strategies, including metaphors and visual aids, to align and motivate teams
