Project Manager

Summary

Join Acquia's Professional Services team as a Project Manager and contribute to the success of customer projects using Acquia's agile development methodology. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, managing change effectively, and communicating project status clearly. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in a digital/IT organization, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

• Have experience in a project management role within a digital/IT organization
• Have 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Hold a Project Management and/or SCRUM certification
• Have direct experience in a client service role
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful customer projects using Acquia’s agile development methodology
• Manage change in order to meet or exceeding project goals, including budget, scope, and timeline goals
• Accurately communicate project status internally and to customers
• Provide informed and timely planning, requirements management, and training support to customers
• Ensure project compliance with Acquia processes and methodologies
• Continuously improve the project management discipline in Acquia’s Professional Services
• Perform Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Have a superior understanding of content management systems, Drupal strongly preferred
