Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Proven expertise in ClickUp, including experience with setup, customization, and user training
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration across teams
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing project challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
• Lead the implementation of ClickUp, including setting up workspaces, tasks, and automations tailored to our team’s workflow
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members to ensure effective use of ClickUp
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Stay updated with ClickUp features and best practices, incorporating them into our project management processes
