Summary

D-ploy is an IT and Engineering Solutions company with operations in EMEA and the USA. They are looking for a project manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Pharma Industry to coordinate and support data and digital projects with manufacturing sites, collaborate with stakeholders, develop project plans, and ensure resource availability. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in the area of project management (Min. 5 years)
• A manufacturing background in the Pharma Industry
• Excellent Stakeholder and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g. MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Coordination of multiple Data and Digital projects with Manufacturing sites
• Support the Sites with information and available solutions
• Collaboration with various stakeholders at Operating unit and global level
• Develop a detailed project/Implementation plan to monitor and track progress
• Prepare project reports
• Identify and share scalable projects and solutions across the Operating unit
• Assist and assign deadlines together with the Stakeholders
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
• Experience in developing and/or evaluating feasibility assessments of projects/technologies
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure resource availability and allocation/coordinate availability with other teams
