Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, including creating and managing complex project plans
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Smartsheet
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Utilize Smartsheet to track project status, manage tasks, and generate reports for stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification
  • Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure
