Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle: requirement clarification, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, release, and closure, ensuring successful project delivery
• Standardize project management processes and improve them over time
• Identify and resolve risks and issues in projects, providing reasonable solutions and actively promoting organizational process improvement and efficiency enhancement
