Summary

IT Concepts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support their government customers in the intelligence and defense sectors. The role involves project management, team leadership, resource allocation, client liaison, quality assurance/compliance, and performance monitoring. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification or equivalent, TS/SCI clearance, and knowledge of geospatial intelligence concepts, technologies, and systems is desirable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in support of intelligence or defense sectors
• Experience with T&M contracts is must
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven track record managing complex projects from kickoff to closure, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple partners and cross-functional, dispersed teams with ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflict effectively, and communicate clearly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate comfortably with senior-leadership (external and internal)

Responsibilities

• Lead successful program delivery, to include deliverables/milestones and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple CONUS locations, as well as coordinate with subcontractor partners to foster collaboration, ensure alignment, and enable high performance
• Manage project resources, including personnel and budget, to meet contractual objectives
• Serve as Primary Point of Contact for NGA and internal leadership, understanding requirements, expectations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability of deliverables
• Establish and track metrics to track project progress and performance, and update key stakeholders, as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of geospatial intelligence concepts, technologies, and systems is desirable
• Experience with IT-related contracts is desirable
