Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative/data entry experience
  • Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
  • Experience developing presentations to management
  • Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
  • Experience with handling multiple priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Analytics leadership as well as other stakeholders to ensure large scale inflight projects are on track
  • Manage and document requests and inquiries department receives
  • Assist the team with smaller projects and tasks to contribute to larger projects
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensures documentation repository is up to date for all project documentation, business/technology documents related to the initiatives/projects/programs
  • Provide overall team communication and workβ€―with all areas involved in projects including business partners, stakeholders and other team members
