Summary

Join Intelerad as a Project Specialist I and lead small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, resolve customer issues, create project plans and documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role requires managing multiple projects under tight timelines, supporting senior team members, and overseeing project finances to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. The focus is on ensuring customer project success and realizing the full value of Intelerad's software and services. This position requires up to 10% travel, mainly in North America. The base pay ranges from $52,500 to $75,000 annually, with additional bonus and other compensation possibilities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer facing planning & delivery related roles
  • Must be able to qualify for CAPM certification within 18 months of service

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Project Planning for small projects
  • Schedule Management under guidance
  • Support Implementation Team Coordination
  • Assist with Customer Issue Resolution
  • Create and distribute status reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Participate and guide cross-departmental coordination
  • Plan, update and execute project plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects
  • Foster trust in successful delivery of milestones that are essential to on-time and on-budget project completion
  • Initiate and manage the delivery of products and services under the supervision of leadership & senior project team members
  • Prepare, manage and communicate key information on client projects on a regular basis to key stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel
