Requirements

• Strong background in Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Product with a focus on promotions optimisation
• Experience running similar marketing programs is highly desirable
• Proficient in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and ARPU growth targets
• Program-manages the launch, monitoring, and reporting of promotions in partnership with regional Marketing teams
• Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of offers and promotions
• Work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way
• Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization
• Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness
