Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or related field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating closely with marketing, business development, and analytics teams to drive performance
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, influencers, and affiliate networks
Responsibilities
- Build and diversify partnerships with industry associations, content creators, and strategic technology partners to boost brand visibility and growth
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate brand advocacy and expand reach
- Develop and execute partner-driven campaigns, such as co-branded content, webinars, blogs, and podcasts, ensuring alignment across marketing channels
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline partner outreach, onboarding, and reporting for scalable and efficient collaboration
- Amplify partner-generated content (e.g., testimonials, case studies) across company platforms to drive engagement
- Oversee relationships with review sites, aggregators, and sub-affiliate networks, ensuring compliance with legal and business objectives
- Create unique promotional strategies, such as promo codes and partner-led campaigns, to drive engagement and conversions
- Align with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to integrate partner-driven leads into the sales funnel and optimize campaign performance
- Lead partner education initiatives through webinars, training, and resources to maximize partner impact and alignment with business goals
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve partner collaboration, and report actionable insights
