Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Journalism, English, related field, or relevant experience
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in proposal writing and coordination
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the RFP process
  • Write content
  • Develop and maintain proposal schedule
  • Deliver completed proposals to clients before the specified deadline
  • Evaluate content in proposals to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards
  • Conduct post-submission close out of proposals
  • Work with creative team to create figures/graphics to support proposal and presentation content
  • Support client interview preparation
  • Collaborate virtually with teams across Dudek

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, and online meeting tools
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines at once
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
  • AEC industry experience
