Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, Journalism, English, related field, or relevant experience
- 2+ yearsโ experience in proposal writing and coordination
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the RFP process
- Write content
- Develop and maintain proposal schedule
- Deliver completed proposals to clients before the specified deadline
- Evaluate content in proposals to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards
- Conduct post-submission close out of proposals
- Work with creative team to create figures/graphics to support proposal and presentation content
- Support client interview preparation
- Collaborate virtually with teams across Dudek
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, and online meeting tools
- Strong business writing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines at once
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
- AEC industry experience
