Proposal Manager

Summary

Join Vida, a virtual health clinic, and become a Proposal Manager. You will manage the proposal process, maintain a proposal library, and lead proposal planning and preparation. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of proposal management experience, strong communication skills, and experience with Google Suite and MacBooks. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in a fast-paced startup environment and familiarity with proposal management software. The salary range is $140,000 - $150,000 annually. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS)
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience
• Strong communication skills to manage the proposal stakeholders and coordinate input clearly and succinctly with all company and teammate stakeholders
• Experience “owning” a proposal throughout the proposal life cycle
• Experience supporting/contributing to the development of all sections of a proposal with specific experience as a writer
• Experience working on several proposals/deliverables at once
• Experience with Google Suite and MacBooks
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process
• Maintain, update and manage a robust proposal library and third party database information sources
• Conduct proposal planning and preparation activities that maximize time and ensure SME input during the proposal phase
• Lead all kick off calls with internal sales team and draft reviews on proposals and proposal components
• Prepare for delivery of all proposal documents for submittal
• Capture and refine novel SME input and content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Deep understanding of editorial practice and standards
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Responsive (RFPIO) or similar proposal management software and Salesforce experience
