Summary
Join Carrot Fertility as a Provider Partnerships Manager and build strong relationships with key fertility clinics across the US and Canada. You will manage relationships, negotiate rates, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance member value. This role involves resolving partner issues, developing new partnerships to address network gaps, and directly impacting member experience. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of partnerships management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with CRM systems. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of partnerships management experience as an individual contributor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience negotiating contracts or implementing new contracting systems
- Ability to negotiate and manage difficult conversations while being thoughtful, resourceful, collaborative, and member-focused
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to produce quantifiable results
- Data visualization skills to present data
- Prior experience using a CRM system (like Salesforce or Airtable)
- Strong aptitude and familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, and Jira
- Ability to quickly learn and ramp up on any other tools and systems needed for the role
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and make the most of in-person opportunities
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key fertility clinics across the US and Canada
- Support patient escalations when issues arise
- Manage relationships with fertility clinic partners
- Negotiate rates with fertility clinic partners
- Identify strategic opportunities with fertility clinic partners to add value for members
- Minimize the cost of treatment for members
- Improve access to care for members
- Deliver an excellent patient experience
- Solve issues that arise with partners
- Build relationships to fill network gaps
- Develop and elevate important provider relationships that directly impact the member experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the fertility industry from years of experience working either at a fertility clinic or in another industry role
- Medical billing and coding experience in the fertility space
- Experience in scrappy start-up environments and ability to prioritize tasks with competing priorities
