Provider Sales Associate

Requirements

• Have 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales or consumer sales
• Possess strong communication skills (in-person, phone, email)
• Demonstrate a deep work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Be comfortable with challenges, pushing yourself to improve consistently
• Have resilience and adaptability, comfortable with setbacks and trying new approaches
• Employ a data-driven approach to sales, experimenting with various tactics and analyzing results to optimize lead generation and sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Scale our community of therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care
• Expand therapist networks through a full-cycle sales motion
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective providers
• Work cross-functionally to translate sales insights into improved products and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in a startup environment
• Have experience selling to small businesses
