As a Provider Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our national network of therapists and psychiatrists, increasing access to quality mental healthcare. You will be responsible for a full-cycle sales process, engaging with prospective providers, and using your insights to improve our products and processes. This role requires 1-3 years of consultative or consumer sales experience and strong communication skills. You will need a deep work ethic, a willingness to learn and grow, and a belief in Headway's mission of affordable and accessible mental healthcare. The position offers competitive compensation, including commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Have 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales or consumer sales
- Possess strong communication skills (in-person, phone, email)
- Demonstrate a deep work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
- Be comfortable with challenges, pushing yourself to improve consistently
- Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to changing situations, and recover from setbacks
- Employ a data-driven approach to sales, experimenting with various tactics and analyzing results
- Be eager to learn and grow within the company, taking on more responsibility over time
- Believe in Headway's mission of affordable and accessible mental healthcare
Responsibilities
- Scale our community of therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care
- Engage with prospective providers through a full-cycle sales motion
- Translate insights from the sales process into improved products and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in a startup environment or selling to small businesses
Benefits
- Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
- Group A: $77,000
- Group B: $69,300
- Group C: $61,600
- Other compensation includes commission. Commission payments are monthly
