Requirements
- Experience : At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships or business development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in lead generation or partner engagement
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong)
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Resilient and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Passionate about technology, partnerships, and customer success
Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Identify, qualify, and onboard potential channel partners
- Support partners with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive sales success
- Create and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (emails, calls, and social selling) to generate qualified leads
- Work closely with the sales team to transition opportunities seamlessly
- Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate lead, partner, and account data
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead conversion rates and partner performance
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with channel sales or partner management is a plus
