Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector in the US
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types
- Deep understanding of the US digital publishing and advertising market
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
- Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends, understanding and interpreting the performance numbers
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market
- Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients
- Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
- Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the client's side
- Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
- Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in US
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
