Purchasing Analyst

You will manage the ordering process, track shortages, update purchase orders, and support supply chain analysis. • Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
• Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel
• English is required

Responsibilities

• Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets
• Own Ordering Process. Support and Execute the purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery
• Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively to the Supply Chain team
• Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis, and action consequently
• Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations
• Assist with the Distribution Model Process
