QA Engineer

Summary

Join Intetics Inc., a global technology company, as a QA Automation Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end tests, improving automated testing, and participating in manual QA. This role requires 3+ years of experience in scenario-based test plans, manual testing, writing trouble tickets, and testing high-performance software. You will work with engineering and product management to define and execute test plans. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing scenario-based test plans for software products
• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of software products
• 3+ years of experience in writing trouble tickets and reproduction steps
• 3+ years of experience testing high-performance, highly scalable, and highly available distributed software products
• Ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Basic understanding of JavaScript (no frameworks), CSS, HTML
• Fluent in English
• Teamwork

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scenario-based end-to-end tests
• Improve and evolve the automated testing environment
• Participate in manual QA efforts
• Increase overall team velocity and product quality through automation
• Design, enhance and build out end-to-end and performance test automation
• Work with the engineering team to deeply understand the product, and break it in ways that others can’t
• Participate in the full life cycle of software development including continuous releases
• Work with product management and engineering leadership to define and execute automated and manual test plans
