Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Real Estate Assistant role or similar position
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, transactions, and documentation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with real estate software, MLS systems, CRM software, and transaction management platforms
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage tasks without constant supervision

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, organize files, and handle correspondence for real estate professionals
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Conduct research and gather property information for listings and presentations
  • Assist with transaction processes, including reviewing contracts, managing deadlines, and ensuring contingencies are met
  • Work with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth operations
  • Facilitate efficient closings by coordinating with all stakeholders to finalize transactions
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns professionally
  • Assist with client onboarding and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, track property listings, and manage client databases
  • Support real estate marketing efforts by managing online listings, creating flyers, and posting on social media platforms
