Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential real estate agents through various channels
• Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate agent candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
