  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors professionally
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and inviting
