Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and inviting
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Support various departments as needed
