Summary

Join Prowess Consulting as a part-time, per diem Talent Acquisition professional in the greater Seattle area. This remote-friendly role may transition to full-time. Partner with hiring managers to fill technical roles, enhance brand awareness through sourcing, and evolve interview best practices. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle, build diverse talent pipelines, and utilize applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and experience in high-volume recruiting.

Requirements

  • An interest in technology with an aptitude to understand and explain job requirements for technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment, as a recruiter, filling technical, and non-technical roles
  • Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a collaborative, team environment
  • Incredibly organized with excellent detail oriented and follow through skills
  • Must have the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple assignments successfully
  • Using critical thinking, research, sales skills, and people skills to perform recruiting functions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, etc
  • Reside in the greater Seattle area

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across several teams to fill key technical roles across the company
  • Help increase brand awareness through successful sourcing efforts and posting strategies
  • Evolve our interviewer best practices to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Assist with sourcing and resume screening for potential candidates from various sources
  • Facilitate the full life-cycle interview process for candidates
  • Build a strong passive pipeline of diverse talent through various channels
  • Manage interview calendars of Hiring Managers for multiple positions simultaneously across all departments
  • Gather and analyze details for job openings within the organization, preparing each role for initiation through the internal database
  • Administer processes and candidate status updates within an applicant tracking system
  • Prepare weekly candidate status reports and distributes to leadership
  • Post, maintain and update jobs with our ATS and various talent sites
  • Assist Resource Manager with various research projects, as assigned
