With 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within SaaS, you'll source, screen, and manage candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers. Requirements

  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Flexible working hours and ones that align to the needs of the candidate and process
  • Strong retention rates for roles filled
  • Experience hiring for roles such as: Account Executives, Account Manager, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketers, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers & other roles across go to market functions in the SaaS space
  • Proven success and strong relationships formed with past hiring managers & candidates
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter
  • Comfortability with ATS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and possess attention to detail
  • Comfortability managing candidates and hiring managers in different time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability & ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and filtering through candidates
  • Organizing interviews and debriefs
  • Working with Hiring Managers to understand criteria for roles
  • Reviewing and assessing technical capabilities of candidates
  • Building pipeline for future roles and anticipating upcoming hiring plans
  • Assessing applicant ability to succeed in our environment
  • Designing, implementing, or altering processes to improve hiring funnel
