Join WelbeHealth as a Sales Recruiter and become a key partner to our Outreach and Enrollment teams. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for various sales and outreach roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough candidate assessments focusing on motivation, sales performance, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing methods. Manage candidate communication and the interview process using Greenhouse. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting WelbeHealth's values. This role requires 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales, expertise in behavioral interviewing, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5) years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume environments
- Strong track record placing field-based and remote sales hires at volume across multiple geographies
- Expertise in behavioral-based interviewing and assessing sales potential, performance history, and territory management
- Proven success sourcing and placing sales talent who thrive in quota-driven roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing tools, and sales-focused recruiting platforms
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of sales and outreach roles within WelbeHealth’s markets
- Partnering with hiring managers and market leadership to understand role requirements, market dynamic, and build effective full life cycle sales recruitment strategies
- Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, focusing on motivation, past sales performance, competitive drive, and cultural alignment
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of sales talent, with a focus on candidates who excel in quota-driven environments and understand the nuance of consultative selling
- Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Tracking and managing candidate communication and interview process using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field, preferred
