Recruiter

Summary

Join our team as an independent contractor and contribute your recruiting expertise on a part-time basis. You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through to scheduling interviews. This role involves utilizing various channels to identify qualified applicants, collaborating with senior recruiters, and conducting candidate outreach. You will be responsible for reporting key metrics and assisting with other recruiting needs as required. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and experience in high-volume recruiting within a U.S. staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
• Recruit applicants for internal and external job requisitions
• Build applicant sources by leveraging job boards, community services, internal/external networks, and other sources to find qualified candidates
• Determine applicant requirements by reviewing the job description/speaking with the hiring manager
• Work with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business requirements and requisitions
• Conduct warm/cold calls to potential candidates
• Source recruiting, schedule face-to-face meetings, and perform metric reporting
• Assist with other recruiting needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Have recruited for U.S.-based clients (US-based applicants preferred)
• Have three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency
• Possess strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college/university or have equivalent experience
• Have knowledge of ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
