Join Miovision, a global leader in providing traffic solutions, as a full-cycle Recruiter! Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer, fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and exceptional candidate experiences. You will recruit for diverse roles and levels across the business and contribute to key recruitment projects to attract top talent. This role involves leading intake calls with hiring managers, utilizing creative sourcing techniques, reviewing applications, conducting recruiter screens, and managing candidates through the interview process. You will also strategize on offer strategies, build a strong candidate pipeline, track recruitment metrics, and develop employer branding strategies.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in the tech sector
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across the entire organization
  • Creative, curious and an incredible assessor of talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead intake calls with hiring Managers to understand new roles, the ideal candidate and develop a recruitment partnership strategy
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and attract top talent
  • Review applications and conduct Recruiter screens to determine a short list of candidates
  • Develop and maintain a first in class candidate experience to help differentiate Miovision from other companies
  • Develop well structured interview guides and manage candidates through the interview process
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers through the entire recruitment process
  • Strategize with hiring managers on an effective offer strategy, deliver and negotiate offers with candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and other creative channels
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop employer branding strategies and collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives
