Requirements

• Proven experience hiring in crypto/web3 or iGaming industries
• 2–5 years in agency or in-house recruiting
• Ability to understand complex roles quickly and speak confidently with hiring managers and top-talent candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, curious, and driven to keep up with industry trends
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work effectively without micromanaging

• Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels
