You will also contribute to employment branding and culture projects. This role requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sales and go-to-market, familiarity with ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse), and experience with in-house recruiting teams. Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter with focused expertise in sales and/or go-to-market
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
- Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing, comfortable assessing talent from junior to senior levels, as well as applying consistent and unbiased assessment methods throughout the recruitment process
- Comfortable leading and managing recruiting-related projects as they relate to process and candidate experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a hyper-growth and quickly changing environment
- Experience recruiting as part of an in-house team
- Experience with Slack, G Suite, and modern recruiting tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and foster a partnership with hiring managers in the sales organization by assisting in developing and updating job descriptions, providing insights on market and candidate data, researching compensation data, and building interview plans
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods, including industry groups and other talent communities
- Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, experience, aptitudes, and compensation alignment
- Manage online job postings and research new resources for posting and sourcing talent
- Provide analytical and industry insight as needed
- Strategize and work cross-functionally with the people team, as well as stakeholders in sales, operations, and IT
- Be comfortable managing competing priorities, including leading and participating in recruiting-related projects
- Consistently seek to identify ways to improve the talent acquisition process, and the hiring manager and candidate experiences
