You will manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies. Requirements
- 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience , with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring
- Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, evaluating work history, skills, and compensation expectations
- Present job details to candidates, including duties, policies, and benefits
- Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process
- Maintain a proactive sourcing pipeline for future hiring needs
- Coordinate onboarding process until the candidatesβ day one with the company
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred
