Join Vanna Health as a Recruiting Coordinator and play a vital role in scaling our team by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You will coordinate and schedule interviews, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintain the applicant tracking system, and partner with hiring managers to improve workflows. This role also involves drafting and posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes and screening candidates, contributing to inclusive hiring practices, and supporting onboarding tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative role, impeccable organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative role (healthcare or startup experience is a plus!)
- Impeccable organizational skills and a love for details—you can juggle calendars and competing priorities with grace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and learning as you go
- A collaborative spirit and a people-first mindset—you care deeply about candidate and team experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely updates
- Partner with hiring managers to improve workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate experience
- Help draft and post job descriptions aligned with Vanna’s mission and values
- Review resumes and screen candidates as their first point of contact for Vanna
- Contribute to initiatives that promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Support with onboarding and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
