Summary

Join User Interviews' growing Talent team as a Recruiter! You'll play a key role in building the team by performing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers. Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience
  • Demonstrate proven ability recruiting for multiple functions, including GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations) and non-GTM roles (Product and Engineering)
  • Possess strong sourcing skills and experience building diverse pipelines. Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Have exceptional people skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Be proficient with Greenhouse (or similar ATS tools)
  • Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
  • Be located in the United States and authorized to work without Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Perform Full-Cycle Recruitment: from sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidatesβ€”ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at every step
  • Proactively source and cultivate relationships with top talent, ensuring strong candidates are always in the pipeline
  • Authentically represent User Interviews, helping candidates understand our values, team dynamics, perks & benefits
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create interview plans, and align on hiring strategies with the hiring team
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and transparent feedback
  • Continuously evaluate hiring workflows, identifying ways to make them more efficient and effective. Your insights will help us scale smarter, not just faster
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify areas for hiring improvement using hiring metrics and insights

  • Have prior experience recruiting for fast-paced startups
  • Demonstrate passion for advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
