Join Pavago's HR team as a Recruitment Coordinator and become an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts. This full-time, remote contract position requires managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a streamlined hiring process using tools like Workable and Asana. You will assist in job postings, maintain the applicant tracking system, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers for onboarding. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Experience in a recruitment agency setting is highly valued, along with familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems. This role involves a multi-stage interview process.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR environment
- Familiarity with using ATS/HRIS systems such as Workable, Asana, or similar platforms to manage recruitment processes
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools like Workable, Asana, or other ATS/HRIS systems
- Basic understanding of HR metrics and reporting related to recruitment activities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates relevant to the recruitment function
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in job posting on relevant platforms and sourcing potential candidates
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reimbursements and maintaining recruitment-related documentation
