Recruiter - GTM/Revenue

Summary

Join CircleCI as a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month assignment, supporting GTM/Revenue recruitment. You will execute standard recruitment processes, maintain a diverse talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, ensuring process continuity, representing the company brand, and providing guidance on compensation. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in GTM/Revenue roles, a flexible team player, and an excellent communicator. This is a 40-hour per week contract position paying $40-50/hr. The role focuses on sales, marketing, and customer success roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute on standard recruitment processes for GTM/Revenue positions including sales, marketing, and customer success roles
• Maintain our diverse talent pipeline through creative sourcing techniques and relationship development
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate those into compelling job descriptions
• Coordinate seamless interview processes that respect candidates' time while thoroughly assessing their capabilities
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities such as, ensuring continuity of standard processes
• Represent our company brand and guiding principles throughout the recruitment process
• Provide guidance on competitive offers within our established compensation frameworks
