Join CircleCI as a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month assignment, supporting GTM/Revenue recruitment. You will execute standard recruitment processes, maintain a diverse talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Execute on standard recruitment processes for GTM/Revenue positions including sales, marketing, and customer success roles
- Maintain our diverse talent pipeline through creative sourcing techniques and relationship development
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate those into compelling job descriptions
- Coordinate seamless interview processes that respect candidates' time while thoroughly assessing their capabilities
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities such as, ensuring continuity of standard processes
- Represent our company brand and guiding principles throughout the recruitment process
- Provide guidance on competitive offers within our established compensation frameworks
