Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferably in tech/SaaS)
- Experience managing a high volume of scheduling requests
- Impeccable verbal and written communication
- Proficiency within an ATS; Greenhouse preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview requests with speed and efficiency
- Communicate well and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally
- Ensure all candidates have a world-class and positive experience from start to finish, by providing a smooth, engaging, and efficient process
- Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels
- Solve scheduling conflicts and help expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks
Preferred Qualifications
- Pacific Time Zone location preferred
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing system
- Experience using ModernLoop or similar scheduling software
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack
