Recruiting Coordinator

Requirements

• 3+ years in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and time-sensitive requests with ease
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and calendaring tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams
• Proactive and able to work independently, while staying aligned with team goals and processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across all teams, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders
• Partner with hiring managers and EAs to manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities efficiently
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout their interview process
• Draft and send professional, engaging communication to candidates and internal teams
• Thrive in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly, maintaining composure and attention to detail
