Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join Offchain Labs' Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator! You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring teams and utilize our ATS, Lever, for pipeline management and analysis. This role requires 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent coordination, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Lever or similar ATS. Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for detail
• Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Passion for creating the best possible candidate experience
• Familiar with Lever or relevant ATS like Greenhouse, Ashby, etc

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Team by scheduling interviews across all teams, ensuring a seamless process and experience for both candidates and stakeholders
• Collaborate with hiring teams and talent acquisition teammates to manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities efficiently
• Serve as a liaison between candidates and Offchain Labs providing clear communication and support throughout the candidate’s interview process
• Support pipeline management on our ATS, Lever
• Work closely with the Principal Recruitment Manager on pipeline analysis to identify gaps in our recruitment processes
• Provide ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition related projects

Preferred Qualifications

Prior professional web3 experience and / or web3 native, a huge plus
