Requirements

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition on high-performing teams, ideally within startups and/or tech companies
  • 6+ years of experience in high-growth startups as a senior-level recruiter; experience managing teams is a plus
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a deep understanding of best practices in recruitment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hire across a wide range of roles, including technical, non-technical, and executive functions
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment technology and tools, as well as a solid understanding of labor market trends and competitive compensation strategies

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for key roles
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a talent pipeline that supports our expansion plans
  • Provide guidance on best practices and innovative recruitment techniques
  • Enhance Inkitt’s employer brand by developing and executing initiatives that attract top talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and departmental goals. Provide strategic input on role requirements and market trends

  • Self starter that can deliver results with limited supervision and thrives in a fast paced environment; willing to roll up your sleeves to go above and beyond to make things successful
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholder to determine first-class solutions
  • Committed to building an in-person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model
