Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Professional proficiency in the English language is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and leadership to a team of recruiters
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment
  • Monitor and assess team performance, offering support and feedback as needed
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment-related activities
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and source potential candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Review resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates for further evaluation
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the evaluation of candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary
