Summary
Join Superhuman, a fast-growing company revolutionizing email and productivity, as a Recruiting Partner. You will play a key role in scaling the team by 15-20% this year. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, building talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, conducting candidate assessments, and partnering with hiring managers. You will also focus on creating a positive candidate experience and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. This is a contract role with a competitive hourly rate and potential for extension. Superhuman offers a unique and rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (in-house SaaS startup preferred) with at least 2+ years focused on corporate and/or tech recruiting
- You have experience with passive sourcing platforms, active candidate marketplaces, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Responsibilities
- Help us build a remarkable team, remarkably fast. Manage junior to mid-level searches end to end for technical and non-technical roles across all areas of the business
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments and structured interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute exceptional recruitment processes. Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent acquisition
- Co-design interview plans that follow interviewing best practices
- Drive alignment with all stakeholders and interview panelists
- Manage expectations and timelines for critical searches
- Drive a delightful, best-in-class candidate experience. Sell the Superhuman Mission, Vision, and Values to candidates while building relationships and screening to align with our core values
- Lead with a high degree of empathy in all candidate interactions; maintain consistent communication, ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews, share feedback, and communicate hiring decisions in a timely manner
- Prepare candidates for upcoming interviews and act as primary point of contact throughout their experience
- Deliver a delightful offer experience
- Uphold company values that support DEI in our recruiting practices. Champion hiring practices that are equitable and inclusive
- Develop strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Track and report on diversity metrics
- Drive recruiting excellence and operational effectiveness through team leadership and process optimization. Partner with People and Recruiting team to define team goals and strategy
- Help define recruiting best practices and standards
- Ensure consistent operational excellence through regular monitoring and optimization of recruiting processes

Benefits
- Our salary for this role is $52-$58/hr for a 4-5 month contract, offering the potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs
- We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office, or from a home office anywhere in North America or South America
